GHOST GARDEN is above all a place, a garden filled with breaths and spirits. Étienne Michelet recorded this project in a house in Yangju in South Korea. The sounds of nature meet electronic instrumentations, a guitar is mixed with the song of cicadas, night crickets, or the sound of the storm, in the late summer rain ... From diffused choirs to orchestral strings, this garden unfolds in a mental space, where memories and beings from the past embrace our present.
